(02)Every board tells a story. We work with you to ensure precision, reliability, and long-term performance. From feasibility trials to reliable products at scale.
Multi-layer board design from schematic to Gerber. We design for manufacturability, thermal performance, and signal integrity — ensuring your product survives production at scale.
Antenna design, impedance matching, and RF front-end architecture across Sub-GHz, 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. We model, simulate, and validate.
End-to-end IoT hardware architecture from sensor nodes to gateway design. Low-power optimisation, secure connectivity, and firmware-ready platforms. Turnkey development — Hardware, Firmware and Production Software in-house.
Previous Projects
(03)A selection of past projects spanning industrial, consumer, and medical electronics — each one designed to a precise specification and delivered on time.
A compact UVC eye-treatment device integrating a microcontroller, display, and camera to precisely control exposure while ensuring patient safety. Strict power monitoring and feedback systems maintain regulatory compliance, enabling accurate, repeatable disinfection cycles in a low-power design suitable for clinical and home use.
A low-power tree health monitoring system using vibration sensing to capture changes in trunk resonance and structural integrity. Data is transmitted via LoRa to a central gateway, enabling scalable, long-range deployment with multi-year battery operation and robust hardware for outdoor environments.
A compact focus timer that visualises elapsed time through a circular RGB LED array. Aggressive sleep modes and efficient LED driving achieve extended battery life. The hardware and firmware were optimised for low-cost, high-volume manufacture with a minimal component count supporting scalable production.
A low-power IoT flood detection system using float switches to monitor water levels and transmit alerts to a cloud platform. Efficient wireless communication and scalable, cost-effective hardware enable widespread deployment with real-time notifications.
